Timothy is a Senior Physiotherapist, and is the principal Physiotherapist at FORRM Strength and Recovery in Oatlands, Australia.

With a degree from the University of Newcastle, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and a Diploma of Education from the University of Newcastle, he quickly became an expert in Physiotherapy, strength, and recovery.

Tim is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with over 10 years in the field, boasting an impressive career to date. His experience is across a variety of outpatient settings including subacute rehabilitation, intensive and coronary care units, respiratory, surgical wards, fracture clinics, hydrotherapy and stroke/neurological wards.

Tim is highly trained in the treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, and specialises in creating personalised programs for clients.

Tim also has experience in working with a variety of local soccer, netball and cricket sports teams. He provides Physiotherapy services for sports injuries, sports taping, and injury management to athletes of varying ages.

As a valued member of the FORRM team, Tim will be providing both hands-on and exercise-based treatment, with an emphasis on functional mobility goals and maintaining independence. Tim believes in tailoring recovery programs to his client’s goals and interests.

Outside helping clients, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter. He also enjoys exercising and gym training, which helps to counteract his love of good food!
