The Recovery Resolution combines different types of treatments that we specialise in: Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Massage; to give you a clear path towards strength and recovery.

Our expert Physiotherapy team will go through a movement and range of motion assessment; our Exercise Physiology team will provide you with a personalised exercise management plan; while our Massage team will help keep you feeling like you — all in one, discounted program.

    • 1 Physiotherapy session ($180) and 1 Exercise Physiology session ($130) per week.

    • Weekly Pilates classes ($50 per session) to improve core strength and flexibility.

    • Monthly remedial or relaxation massage therapy sessions ($130 each) to alleviate tension and aid recovery.

    • 1 Exercise Physiology session ($130 each) per week, customised to your sport and goals.

    • 1 Physiotherapy session ($180) per week, suited to rehabilitation, injury prevention and treatment.

    • A comprehensive biomechanical assessment to improve movement efficiency.
